I absolutely love dogs and really miss having one around! I grew up with a small dog and regularly dog-sat for my neighbors, friends, and family starting when I was eight or nine years old. Last year I volunteered at Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo and had so much fun taking care of all the different dogs at the shelter. Each day, I handled various dog breeds and regularly took them out for walks and play-time. I learned how to properly care for dogs with high-energy and others that were scared and nervous. Whether your dog is full of energy or super low-key, I would love to take care of him/her. I'm happy to lounge with your dog or take it for walks, hikes, and even runs! I can play fetch for hours or just hangout at home, too. It all depends on what your dog likes to do. I will do whatever I can to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable under my care. I decided to join Rover because I have a lot of free time during my last year at Cal Poly SLO and of course, I love hanging out with dogs. You can be confident that I will take excellent care of your dog and will return him/her with a wagging tail. I absolutely love dogs and am so excited to be a part of the Rover community!!!
