Pet care experience
I have 13 cats of all ages and love taking care of them. I'll love taking care of your furry friends too :-) most people think my place is a cat sanctuary lol. I've been nurturing dogs and cats most of my life. I administer topical and regular medicine almost daily to my pets and have learned how to do so with the utmost care as I used to work at Northeast Veterinary Clinic in Seattle. I have my own car, and am even comfortable taking your animals to the vet if need be. (cat carriers). I am physically active and would love to take your puppies *or kitties!* on outings to fun places to get their daily fill of necessary running.
Reviews
This was the first time I used Rover. I got called very last minute on a 24 hour shift on Fort Bliss. Maddie graciously accepted to walk my dog twice that day, even though it was so last minute. She has great communication and kept me updated constantly. Waffles had a great time!
Maddie has been excellent! She does a great job playing with my dogs when I have long days at work. She got to know each one of their personalities and they love her. She’s very trustworthy and a good communicator. Highly recommended if you need help with your fur babies.
Excellent with my cats. Sends updates as she is there and they are happy and well cared for.

Safety and trust are essential. Any drop-ins, dog walks, or house-sitting will be treated with the utmost safety and respect to your pets and home! I am always sure to keep food, water, and play time fresh! Additionally, you can count on me that I can establish an understanding with your pets that im in charge while the boss (you) is away, and not the other way around ;-) as my cats like to sometimes think they're head of the household! Haha. :-)

A typical day
First, treats. Duh. Then, we discuss the state of the economy. Just kidding, that's not funny. I'm relatively new to the area so I am open to any favorite walking location suggestions! But I give lots of attention to each pet (that is if they want it, I know when to leave a pup alone) and love playing catch as much as dogs do. With your cats, reading the room is everything. I'd say I'm a professional in cat behavior without the degree. I have no issue with kisses and cuddles, as well as sitting silently together and comforting your pet in any way they need.
