I have known Maddie since 2014 when she and my daughter were college roommates. My husband and I just recently moved to Ames and were in need of a dog sitter for our two dogs, Jack (7 yr-old golden doodle) and Lou Lou (11 month labradoodle). We had Maddie stay at our house while we were away for the weekend and things could not have gone better for us. The dogs loved her. She took them for nice long walks, played with them, sent us pictures throughout the weekend, and even washed the bedding she used. (We did not expect that!) Maddie is one of the kindest people I know and it comes through when helping with our pets. She also shows this kindness to her elementary students as a teacher in Ames. There's no one better for this job!
