Pet care experience
I have been surrounded by animals all my life. Tons of experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats of all ages, I even had a snake for 14 years! I am very patient with animals and am very happy working with elderly, special needs, or young animals that still need training. I lead a very active lifestyle myself so a very active or hyper dog is no problem at all. I love animals and I can't wait to meet and care for yours! In addition to animals, I am also happy to do plant sitting! I specialize in orchids and other tropicals. Ask me about it!

Maddie was awesome! She took great care of my dogs while we were out of town. They seemed happy and well rested when I returned. She sent a photo of them to reassure me they were doing well. I will definitely use Maddie in the future.
Maddie shows up on time, is quick to respond even at the last minute. Even our shy shepherd took to her immediately and now gets extra excited whenever her car pulls up. Our cat is happy and well cared for when we go out of town, and Maddie sends pictures while we are away so we know he’s getting some love!
Maddie was fantastic! She cared for our puppy two days in a row (the first time our pup had ever been away from us). The second day our pup ran right into her home with her without even looking back...he was very happy to have another day with Maddie! She was great at communication too and listened patiently to all of our parent puppy worries and concerns. Highly recommend!
Maddie was awesome! Quickly to reply to my request, arrived early and sent wonderful pictures during the run. Biscuit was so happy and tired after, which is a perfect combination :)

I go running daily and hike very often, I am always looking for an excuse to go outside. I have a nice yard that is fenced on 3 sides except where it meets the driveway, but that can be fenced off if need be. I live near NCAR, so I love going on the trails there. I do have a bathtub at my house, so no one will be going home with dirty paws! I have no pets myself, but I love appreciating the pets of others!

I have no breed preferences! I grew up with a wheaten terrier and have watched lots of different breed dogs: sheepdogs, shepherds, golden retrievers, poodles, you name it! I love pet, regardless of size, energy, or volume of shedding!
A typical day
I love hiking in the flatirons or around local neighborhoods. I love running as well so I'm always happy to help your dog burn off some extra energy.
