Pet care experience
Brandon and Maddie are very familiar with dog care. They each had family dogs throughout childhood and rescued their own after moving out prior to meeting one another and becoming a family of four. We have two senior, small dogs (Diesel and Pepe) who love to play and don't let their age slow them down. They're cuddle bugs, and they love to run around with other dogs. Diesel is a soft-spoken sweetheart, and Pepe is a sassy, all-bark-but-no-bite kinda guy. They're a dynamic duo that appreciates kind company! We've carried for all types of dogs: big and small; old and young; energetic and calm; healthy and medicated. We have big hearts, and can't help but be sad to see them go at the end of their stay.

Maddie and Brandon took excellent care of our senior dog, Coby. They were great about giving him his medicines and making him feel comfortable in their home. They treated Coby as if he was their own. They sent updates and pictures every day. We will definitely have them watch Coby again.

Maddie is natural animal lover who will go above-and-beyond to give any pet the best care possible. I've watched her raise her own two dogs with so much kindness and love, and they are both so sweet and well-trained as a result!! I also know she'll treat any pet like her own. She is highly dependable, caring, playful and would be the perfect choice for anyone seeking pet care.

Recently, Pepe was violently attacked by an unleashed, unprovoked dog during a routine walk. His wounds were critical and required multiple surgeries. In order to prevent further harm / trauma, we do not accept dogs that are even the slightest bit aggressive, uses / requires a muzzle for any activity, or has a history of erratic behavior. Please be considerate.
A typical day
At the end of the day, we love visiting the PeTA dog park, going on neighborhood walks or playing in the backyard to get the wiggles out.

Availability
We work locally (<1.5 miles from home), and so we can tend to dogs morning, midday, and night. Pepe and Diesel can last 8 hours between bathroom breaks, but I like to come home when I can to let them out. Just let us know if your dog needs more frequent care.
