Pet care experience
I have worked professional and personally with animals for 8+ years. I volunteered at PAWS humane society in the cat adoption center. I was also a professional pet walker and sitter at DoGone Fun in the south loop for two years. I gained so much experience and managed over 15 dog and cat clients daily. Not to mention having pets most of my life. Life is just better with Furbuddies :)

I keep my apartment very clean to minimize transfer of any bacteria or harmful transmittable diseases. I deep clean in between pet guests. Keeping the space safe is my utmost priority. I do pet proof my home and keep a close eye on fur babies so they don’t get into anything.

When getting to know a pet I really like to know any medical conditions, triggers, are they reactive to anything in particular, any past situations, what routine they need. I really take the time to customize the time for each individual pet :)
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on long walks around town or even short hikes if the owner approves. I ensure each pet gets plenty of playtime and affection before returning home. I also enjoy a good jog with the more high energy clients!

Availability
I work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. I do work remote and am home all day. Weekends I’m pretty flexible. I can do drop ins during my lunch or around my work hours.
