Pet care experience
I rescued a dog from a shelter about a year ago and he is the best company! I have had family pets my whole life and have also provided pet care for friends when out of town. I have at least one family that prefers to have me pet sit since I know their pets and their home so well. I love dogs and would love to care for yours!

I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space to play. I live in a house in Pendleton and have one roommate who is also a dog person! I spray the yard regularly for fleas, ticks, and other bugs, and my dog is on regular heartworm, flea, and tick medicine. My dog is also up to date on vaccines.

I would like to know if your dog is up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention. I will not keep a dog if they have fleas because I spend a lot of money to keep fleas away. I would also like to be sure your dog is good with other dogs and that they are house trained. If they are not house trained please send a create with the dog or let me know so I can receive mine from storage. I would like to know if they do well around other people and if they do well on a leash.
A typical day
I enjoy taking my dog for walks around downtown Pendleton and if you provide the money I will take them to get a pup cup at the local ice cream shop (Mama Rae's). I also enjoy playing in the yard with the dogs and throwing a frisbee and a tennis ball. Me and my dog love to cuddle up at night to watch movies and share a little popcorn! I enjoy boating and my dog likes to ride in the boat and go swimming so if you are ok with it I can take them with me if I plan to go.

Availability
I don't currently have a full or part-time job. I am looking to make some money by caring for dogs. I am a senior Chemistry and Criminal Justice double major at Clemson. I am available to play with and care for pets Monday through Friday and can do drop-in visits and drop-in house sitting any day of the week. My school schedule this year is not too vigorous and I would be out of the house for no more than 4-5 hours at a time during the week.
