Pet care experience
I have enjoyed caring for animals of all shapes and sizes since I was 10 years old! From my very first pet cat to several horses, chickens, rabbits, and now 3 dogs, I have had many opportunities to gain knowledge and skills to care for many different species. I've enjoyed going through professional training courses with all of my dogs and have had many friends and family members rely on me to care for their pets while on vacation or when they just need a break. I've had the great honor of working at a professional dog park as well, so I am comfortable watching numerous pets at once.

Maddi is a real gem for taking care of my cat, Pea. She's 20 yrs old and pretty much blind and still has a spunky personality. Pea was contented with her caring visits while I was away. I was completely at ease with my old girl in Maddi's hands.?
Maddi is amazing! While I work, she lets out my 4 month old puppy and gives him all the loving! She takes him on long walks, makes sure he is set on food/water, and plays with all of his toys. Woody loves when Maddi comes to visit, he gives her all the kisses and snuggles. So happy to have her as my dog sitter!
Maddi is great with dogs with a variety of needs. Her experience with reactive dogs makes her stand out! As someone with a rescue who is fearful of other dogs, Maddi knows just how to handle him to keep him comfortable at home and on walks.

I plan to prepare for caring for your pet by having a meet and greet with you and your pet, getting an understanding of your pet's daily care, and making note of any special care that may be required while watching your pet. I prefer to care for your pet in your home to ensure your pet's total comfort!

A typical day
The best place to go on walks is Edgewater Beach or to our favorite park in Lakewood! I love to attach a long line to my pup's collar and let him run around and explore and sniff.

I am currently working a full-time position with flexibility. I am happy to care for your pet before or after work and on weekends! I am also available for drop-ins and walks during holidays.
