Would never recommend or hire this sitter. They neglected both our cat and dog. Our cat was left without access to her litterbox for such an extended period of time that she urinated and defecated on our bed and Macy just covered it up with a towel and let our bed soak in cat urine for over a week. I had to cancel Macy's booking early due to my dog jumping out a window due to the stress of being left alone for such extended periods and barking so much that my neighbour called me concerned for the welfare of my animals. Macy has continued to deny and not acknowledge the damage her neglect caused.

Macy was so sweet & attentive while watching my dog. She sent me daily photos of him & kept me updated on everything he was doing. I highly recommend her & most definitely will hire her again!!! Thank you Macy!!!????
