Pet care experience
I grew up taking care of several wonderful cats, and have longed for a dog my entire life; these are huge factors for why I have continued to enjoy being a caretaker with Rover over the years. I have cared for family and friend's dogs in the past and eagerly took the opportunity whenever possible. I have six years and counting of experience with this app, and have really enjoyed it. Supporting people and their dogs (aka children) inspires me. Knowing I am making someone's day easier is satisfying...with the added bonus of getting to spend time with animals! I am dependable, prompt, flexible and responsible. Photo updates are always included too!

Macy is amazing! She took great care of our boy Corbin and kept the house clean and well taken care of.
Kai loves Macy! She's watched him and our apartment multiples times and always spends lots of quality time with Kai and keeps the apartment super clean. Don't hesitate to use her for pet and apartment sitting!
Macy did an amazing job watching our Tibetan terrier. She followed up with a high-quality pic each day, kept the house clean and tidy, and was kind enough to water our plants throughout the stay. I plan on reaching out to Macy for our next trip and highly recommend her if you're considering!
Macy was great! She took great care of our senior lab-mix Kai! She was very communicative and made us feel so assured that he was safe and happy while we were away. Kai tends to not eat while we're away, but Macy kept him hungry and in high spirits. She also left our apartment very neat. We'll definitely be using her again and recommend her to others!

I am happy to care for all dogs and other types of animals too! It is refreshing to switch up breeds to get a feel for the different personalities. With many years of experience, I like to know the basics (feeding times, habits, possible kennel times). Overall, I am very comfortable caring for many types of pets.
A typical day
Whether it is a hike in the bluffs with your pup or just a walk around the block, I look forward to the exercise and fresh air for the both of us. Catch and tug-of-war always seem to please as well.
