Pet care experience
I’ve had pets since I was a kid and have been volunteering at local animal shelter since I was in high school. As a result, I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages with diverse sets of needs (including diabetic and deaf pets) and understand not only how to care for a pet, but how to make them feel loved. Pets need pampered, so special requests are gladly accepted!

Mackenzie is the best! She walked my pup for a few days and was able to bond very quickly with him and provide him with some much needed stretching and stimulation during the day. She is super responsive, gave great updates with photos, and filled out great Rover cards!
Mackenzie was amazing! I used her for daycare, and by the second day, my dog Chelsea was sprinting to her door because she was so excited! I would highly recommend Mackenzie!

I live a block of Riverside Park and a half mile from Latrobe Park, so walks are breeze. I also have a 2 story row home with a finished basement and roof deck which I share with my fiancé and our two friendly kitties. We clean frequently with pet friendly cleaning products and are fully vaccinated.

A typical day
I’m a naturally active person, so I’m up for as many walks as your dog prefers! I live a block from Riverside Park so your dog will have access to large green space. I am an avid tennis player, and dogs that visit love to play with the extra balls we have laying around. If your dog prefers to spend the day lounging instead, we live across the street from a large grassy lot for more simple potty breaks, have a fully shaded and fenced in back porch, and welcome snuggles on the couch.

I’m currently in my final year of law school, so my schedule is very flexible. The only time I am unavailable is from 6:30pm-8:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
