Pet care experience
Looking for a pet sitter that treats your pets like their very own? Well, you found her! From a young age, I have worked with dogs large and small. I have years of experience in pet sitting and training my own dogs throughout my life. I pride myself in being able to let your pets out to potty multiple times a day in my fenced-in yard, encouraging enrichment activities, and letting your pet have a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise per day. I have experience training young puppies and helping older dogs with senior care. I am CPR certified, work at a local pet clinic, and am currently enrolled in dog training courses to become a certified dog trainer!

As I have a fenced yard and a larger home, I started offering services in my home. I would prefer the dogs that stay in my home be crate trained and preferably potty trained. These can be negotiated if the pet is a senior or does very well and does not have issues with having accidents in the home if left unattended for short periods of time (maximum 6 hours). As for client home visits, I would prefer to keep these to a minimum as I work so far away from quite a bit of the area I service. Pets that stay in my home must be up to date on ALL vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella), CURRENT on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and either dog social or neutral. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. (I have experience with reactive dogs, but we will be on a crate and rotate basis with my personal dogs if one were to stay in my home.)

Let me know if your dog has any special accommodations that are needed or medications that need to be given on a daily/more than daily basis. Dogs must be crate trained (unless agreed upon prior to visit), up to date on ALL vaccines, and NOT reactive (unless agreed upon beforehand.) AGGRESSIVE DOGS NOT ALLOWED for safety of my own pets. Please also let me know potty break schedules and feeding schedules as well! I cannot wait to meet your pets!!
A typical day
I love to have pets that stay with me outside at LEAST an hour per day for exercise purposes (not including potty breaks). I also utilize lick mats and puzzle games to enrich them and tire them out to fulfill their mental needs. Feel free to bring your pet’s bed, toys, and favorite treats.

Availability
I work full time as a veterinary assistant and stay home Saturday-Monday. Throughout the week, I work 12 hour shifts, but am able to come home for a 45 minute break in between for lunch. Pet care is my life and my schedule works around my pets.
