I gave Mackenzie one star because my animals were alive. Keep looking for a trust worthy person, believe me she is not. We have security cameras outside our home, she was supposed to house sit and care for our animals. She broke all the rules, coming and going never being here as we agreed. She even had her boyfriend in our home. My dog pooped in the guest room she stayed in and she attempted to cover the spot with a fan. She did her personal laundry from her home in my washer and dryer. We even left her a 80.00 Kroger card out of kindness and for her comfort while in our home. She has to this day never responded to my messages concerning these issues. This was our first time using Rover and our last. We will board our animals from now on. In conclusion my house was filthy.

Mackenzie was truly wonderful! She took such good care of my babies! She was very responsible and caring. Kept me updated and sent photos throughout the week. I would highly recommend her and would like to continue to have her care for my pups.
