Pet care experience
Dogs have been a part of my life since I was about 8 years old. That is when my golden girl (pictured in profile), Daisy, came into my life! I've always had a love for dogs. And when I was 18, I began working in the pet care industry at a luxury pet hotel. There, I was responsible for monitoring pets while they frolic in daycare, feeding them, bathing them, and making sure the pets that didn't enjoy daycare got their fill of love and attention through private play sessions. I am available for dog sitting and dog walking Monday-Thursday from 6am-6pm. For Friday's, I am available from 6am-3pm. Weekends are unlikely but specific dates can be asked for and discussed! I do understand that weekend vacations are a must!

I do not have any breed preferences, my love is quite universal. However, I would love to know information on your pet on the following topics: - behavior around strangers - behavior around food - behavior on a leash (being rambunctious or hyped is okay! This information is more so i can know if you pet is leash-aggressive or not). - if your dog is scared, what helps them feel safe? - if your dog requires medication - where the medication is located - how you would like the medication administered - if your dog is scared, does eye contact scare them more? - what your dog loves! - any additional information you believe I should be aware of.
A typical day
I will likely take your dog on a walk around the neighborhood surrounding your house! During the hot months, I will make sure to monitor your pet to ensure they are not overheating or dehydrated. When we get back to the house, I'll make sure that your pet gets their fill of water, followed by a potty break. For doggy drop-ins, your dog can grab their favorite toy and I will be happy to play with them and run them around your backyard, if you have one. After they get the "zoomies" out, I'll take them back inside for water, also followed by a quick potty break.
