Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats and miss having them around! I would love to take your dog on a walk/run or bring him/her to the park. I am a graduate student at Tufts University so my schedule is flexible. For overnight sitting, your dog is welcome to stay at my house. I would take him/her out three times per day. If you go away for the weekend, your dog will get my undivided attention on Saturday and Sunday. My house is in Somerville near several parks. Let me know if you have any questions!

Mackenzie was excellent with our Dog, Dusty! She was a huge help with morning walks, keeping him exercised and happy during our busy weekdays. Whenever there was an issue or delay she notified us ahead of time. We would definitely book with Mackenzie again!
Mackenzie is a stud. She was nothing but accommodating and sweet to Freyja (my Norwegian Elkhound). I am so lucky/happy I grabbed her before anyone else did for the weekend! I would not hesitate to use her again (and I don't say that lightly as my dog is basically part of my soul :-)).
Mackenzie was great with my high energy dogs! The pups had the best naps of their lives when they got home from a fun-filled day.
Mackenzie did a great job with Sully. This was his first overnight that was not family. She contacted us to let us know Sully threw up a little but was very confident that she felt he was fine. We thought Sully would be a wreck but he was as happy as a clown. Great job and thank you Mackenzie

Your dog is welcome to explore my whole apartment. It is 1 floor, 2 bedrooms. I do not have carpet! We can go to the backyard for bathroom breaks but it is not fenced in!

A typical day
I have a backyard but no fence. For walks, I would take your dog to the Somerville Community Path. For off leash time, I would take your dog to Triangle Park. It is fenced in and many dogs play there!
