Hello! I’m MacKenzie, and I’m a proud pet parent and previous vet tech. I love animals more than people, and I will treat your fur baby with all the care and compassion they deserve (which is a whole lot!). I love cats, dogs, and any other animal companions you may have! I’ve had big dogs and little dogs alike, my favorite being my troublesome Aussie mixes. I’ve had many stray cats back home in Tennessee, my favorite being my sassy calico, and have trapped and rescued many feral cats. I currently have a semi-feral rescue cat who is slowly coming out of her shell, and I love watching her develop trust and confidence. Allow me to take care of your fur babies, and I’ll make sure they have a great time!

I have a fenced yard and a very friendly golden retriever (who acts as a emotional support dog to my semi-feral cat). My cat has her own bedroom, so she can be easily separated from other pets in the home.

A typical day
I live in Knightdale, but am happy to travel to the immediate Raleigh area. If there is any training your pup is working on, I can provide one-on-one training sessions. An active mind and an active body makes for a happy Fido! And if your pup is more of a stay home and snuggle dog, I would love to provide the ear scratches and belly rubs!
