Pet care experience
Mackenzie is a rising Senior at WashU in St. Louis studying Finance and Economics. She adores animals, especially dogs (though cats tend to love her too). She grew up with a Bishop and was a live-in pet care provider all throughout high school, taking care of two King Charles Cavaliers in the family’s home for time periods that ranged from 2 days to over 4 months. She has continued to care for animals in college through Rover. Her summer schedule is fairly flexible (especially at night and on the weekends), and she can’t wait to meet your animals and give them as much love and attention as possible. Mackenzie is awesome! We have 2 larger dogs, 1 of which ended up needing prescription food and medication the first day we left. Mackenzie took great care of the girls, kept us informed, took them on their much needed walks, and the house was exactly as we left it. We will definitely book again!
Mackenzie was amazing! We have three large dogs which didn't bother Mackenzie at all. I am a bit of a dog hover parent and she eased all of my fears by sending me updates and photos. She even went the extra mile to sit on the floor and try to hand feed one of my dogs when she didn't seem interested in her food. I look forward to having Mackenzie watch my dogs again!
Mackenzie watched my family's two dogs off and on for 3-4 years. We travel a lot (our kids are in boarding school and my husband travels for work) and she was always incredibly flexible. Whether we needed her to live-in and watch the dogs and house for a few weeks or just needed someone to pick up the puppies from the groomers, she was always available to help. She's so kind, and even to this day our dogs get so excited when she walks in the door. She also sent tons of pictures and videos of the dogs doing different activities and just lounging around which I loved. 1000% would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.
