had a difficult experience, unfortunately. It seems that I was not told about her conflicting commitments to be elsewhere, teaching barre classes, and therefore unable to spend time, loving and caring for my dog. I was grateful that her schedule was public, so I could see that she did not tell the truth to me about where she was going to be when I was told she was going to be with my dog. when I came home, my dog had went to the bathroom in his crate, which is extensively unlike him, and would never have happened if the truth was being told about how much time she was actually spending with my dog and at my house. I had good experiences with her in the past, so this one was extra unfortunate. my dog had been neglected, and if this had been communicated, I could’ve planned to have someone else watch my pet. I will not move forward with using her again.

Mackenzie did a great job walking our dog Nova a few times! She did a great job communicating and dealing with some of our dog’s special tendencies and habits - would definitely recommend Mackenzie as a walker and sitter!
