Mackenzie was great with our hyper puppy. She and her family cuddled him, let him play in a little doggy pool and she even worked with him on some commands. Mackenzie was also very accommodating to his dietary needs as well as an unplanned extension of our boarding due to a cancelled flight. I would board with Mackenzie again in a heartbeat.

Michelle was amazing!! Her response time was fantastic with scheduling and any time I had a question, PLUS she sent me pictures of my fur babies throughout the stay which was great! She is super friendly in person and made me feel comfortable even though I was extremely nervous about leaving my kitties with someone. I will definitely be using her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter!
