Pet care experience
I currently live near Boston in an apartment and will do walks, house sitting and drop in visits for the surrounding area. If you request dog boarding, I would stay at my family home in Rhode Island with the doggos as my current apartment doesn’t allow dogs, sadly. I have loved dogs my whole life and adore the 2 that I have currently. My two are one small cavalier and a medium sized rescue. I put the pups first always. Lots of love and play time both outside and inside. I have experience sitting a variety of breeds and sizes all with their own unique personalities. I have Experience with anxious pups, I have administered medication (even given insulin injections to dogs with diabetes) to sick or elderly pups if that’s necessary and have cared for dogs form eight weeks to 16 years. I also understand and cater to each dogs dietary needs as outlined by the family I sit for. I often care up to 4 dogs at a time on my own. Feel free to ask me questions! ☺️

Mackenzie is absolutely amazing. She was super patient meeting my highly anxious dog and took extra steps to make her feel comfortable. Along with that - she is flexible, on-time and professional. We look forward to using her again. Aside from all of that - she has taken some of my favorite pics ever of both my pups! Can't recommend her enough!
I hired Mackenzie last minute for two drop ins on forth of July. She came over the day before to meet Dierks and see what she would have to do to feed him and take him out. She was at my house on time and she was so sweet. She asked the right questions and Dierks loved her immediately! She did her drop ins with him and stayed for a long time to spend time with him and when we got home he was happy and everything was where we left it. I highly recommend her and I will be hiring her again for my pup! Thank you Mackenzie!
Overall, we are extremely pleased with Mackenzie and this boarding experience. Mackenzie is very sweet with an outgoing personality, which made us feel comfortable. She arranged a meet and greet so our dog (Wendell) could meet up with her dogs beforehand. This was beneficial...when we dropped Wendell off, he didn’t even look back at us because he was ready to play with his new friends. During the trip, Mackenzie sent pictures so we could check up on Wendell (usually pictures of him cuddling with one of Mackenzie’s dogs!). She was also very accommodating with our schedule. We would definitely recommend Mackenzie to anyone looking to board their dog as she will provide them with a safe and loving environment.
