Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I can remember! I grew up with two 125 lb labradors & was in charge of feeding them & playing with them. After Max & Chelly, we got a pitbull/boxer mix who had more energy than a RedBull! I would run him in the yard, play with him, and take him on walks. As an adult, I’ve lived with roommates with an English Mastiff (my dream pup) and have babysat friends dogs ranging from small pugs, King Charles Cavs, and larger dogs too. I love all dogs and can’t wait to hang with your pup! We DO NOT have our own doggo or any animals in the house :)

Momo had a blast with Mackenzie as always!! They are so loving and caring. He gets belly rubs, long walks, treats and blankets, and we get regular photo and video updates and the peace of mind that Momo is in good hands. 😊😊 We keep going back because Momo loves it there so much!

Dogs are allowed on all furniature and in all spaces in our home. I will take the dog(s) out for potty whenever necessary! We will go on walks, play with toys, and hang out together. I will always follow the requests of the pup parents and feed the pets whenever necessary. I am comfortable with & have experience administering pills, helping dogs with mobility issues, and communicating via sign with deaf doggos.

A typical day
I love to go on walks all over our neighborhood. I live near UIC, so I’ll walk around campus, through the parks in Little Italy, and all over the city. If the pup likes drives, I’ll even drive over to Lakeview and walk on Lakeshore.

I work at a school as a speech therapist during the days from 8:30 to 3:00. I leave the house at 8:00 and am home by 3:30 during the school week. I’m home all weekend Saturday/Sunday! There are several times during the year where I’m on break (thanksgiving, holidays, winter break, spring break, summer months) where I am completely free. My partner, Jessica, works in real estate works from home often! I’m very active and love to go on walks but can also stay in the house if that’s what the pet prefers.
