I’ve grown up with and taken care of all kinds of animals for most of my life. For many years now I’ve been pet-sitting and helping others to take care of their dogs and cats. Mackenzie watched our 8 year old male Siberian Husky for a three day weekend. I would highly recommend her for dog sitting and walking and will definitely rebook her when she is available! She was very communicative and sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. She walked our dog during all the requested time frames, and for longer than required (which is a plus for our dog)!) She was very respectful of our home - when we returned our apartment was spotless and you wouldn't have known somebody stayed the weekend! I'm a crazy dog mom and felt very at ease with her watching him, which allowed me to enjoy my trip to the fullest. Definitely book her if you have a medium, active breed and want a reliable, on time, and responsibile sitter!

A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks around the neighborhood and to the local parks. If they enjoy going to the dog parks in the area, I’d love to take them there to socialize with other dogs. Please let me know if they have any favorite toys or activities they like to do and I’d be happy to do those things with them. I love giving belly rubs and cuddling with dogs if they enjoy that extra attention.

Availability
I am working in-office Monday-Thursday, so I am available to provide care from Friday-Sunday and occasionally during the evening throughout the week. When caring for your pet over the weekend, I will spend a majority of my time with them, making sure they are cared for in the manner they’re accustomed to.
