Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of friends and family dogs for years! My husband and I are currently grad students who can’t afford a dog of there own, but we absolutely adore dogs and would love to help take care of your doggos and would consider it a privilege! I was previously a teacher for the past 5 years and consider myself extremely trustworthy.

Mackenzie was great with our puppy, Tucker, stopping in several times during day for walks and feeding. She was wonderful with communication, notes and photos. We were able to relax knowing Tuck was in good hands and being taken care of, came home to a very happy dog. Highly recommend Mackenzie!
MacKenzie was great with our pups, I highly recommend using her for your pups. She took our pups on walks and played with them outside. We definitely will be using her in the future!!
I will admit that I am a very over-protective dog parent. Kenzie is one of the few people I trust to take care of my dog when I am away, because I know he is truly in the best hands and will receive extra love and attention. Kenzie takes care of my dog as if he is her own, follows all of my instructions for care, and always makes sure he gets plenty of walks. I can’t think of anyone better to recommend as a dog sitter!

I have a very clean, smoke-free apartment with some carpet, some laminate floor. There is pet friendly furniture available as well as room for a dog bed. While I do not have a “yard,” my apartment complex is very pet friendly and has grassy areas ideal for playing with dogs!

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or physical limitations, as well as any per sided medications I may need to administer. I would also love to know their preferences (I.e. are they more of an active dog, or a snuggle dog or a mix of both) and any previous injuries so I make sure to keep them safe from new injuries.
A typical day
I love going in long walks and playing catch or frisbee with dogs, in fenced-in yards! Conversely, I also love snuggling on the couch and giving plenty of belly rubs!

Availability
I’m currently enrolled in grad school at BGSU and have plenty of gaps in my schedule and certain days with no classes at all. I enjoy cardio for exercise most days anyway so a dog would fit in with that routine nicely! I could be available for boarding if needed and I’m very flexible with driving and/or travel.
