Pet care experience
I have owned 2 German Shepherds since I was 2, and 2 cats as well. I love spending times with all kinds of dogs and cats! I currently have a German shepherd and a German shepherd- lab mix who need lots of attention, and I love taking them on walks, play dates, car rides, and throwing the ball to spend time with them! I also have dog sat for many neighbors and family friends throughout the years over the summer, so I have experience with lots of breeds of dogs.

Mackenzie did a great job checking in on our cat while we were gone for a long weekend. It's nice to know that somebody reliable will come to your home and check to make sure everything is all right, and she is absolutely reliable! She even checked in to let me know he was doing good, though I never asked her to. 10/10 you won't be disappointed!
Mackenzie took wonderful care of our dog, Bertie, while we were away for a long weekend. Bertie seemed to immediately bond with Mackenzie during our meet & greet & it was clear that Mackenzie was very comfortable around larger dogs (Bertie is ~70 lbs). She sent daily updates, which were much appreciated, and generally took good care of our place while we were gone. Most importantly, Bertie seemed unusually relaxed and calm upon our return — a really good sign, since he can get a little anxious & whiny when he hasn’t had enough attention (by his high standards haha). We look forward to Mackenzie caring for Bertie in the future!

I like to know any dietary restrictions that a dog has or favorite foods, treats, etc. I know some clients are specific about dogs having human food, so this is important for me to know ahead of time. I also like to know their favorite toys and what their normal routine is because this is important to keep the dog comfortable while you are away.
A typical day
I am willing to do whatever the dog loves to do while watching him/her. I love just watching TV with the dog(s) or going for walks!
