My name is Kenzie, I am a full-time college student studying pre-veterinary medicine at Cleveland State University! I have been working actively with pets since I was 15 years old, with three of these years being in a direct veterinary and boarding capacity. I have experience working with a wide range of dog and cat conditions and illnesses. I will be more than willing to get down and dirty with your animals if need be, because I do it every day! I am willing to give nail trims to *cooperative* pets in my care who are up to date on their rabies vaccination for additional payment. *NOTE: I will not provide veterinary advice or treatment past what has been advised by your active veterinarian. If there is a medical situation, you will be contacted and it will be your decision what happens from there. I will not advise you unless there is a medical emergency whilst the pet is in my care.*

Mackenzie was an absolute delight to work with, and our dogs AND cats loved having her in the house. She was clear and concise in her communication and made sure that all of our animals were well looked after. We look forward to our next vacation now, having found someone who can take care of our animals as if they were her own.
Mackenzie was fabulous! It was my first time using Rover and my first lime leaving our 5year old rescue kitty. Kenzie was friendly, VERY communicative and responsive from start to finish. 🙃 texts and photos and details of her time here. We came home to a happy and purring kitty!

I am used to working with dogs and cats with a variety of personalities, from mild-mannered to slightly more feisty in nature. I will be more than happy to take your pup(s) for their daily walks or attempt engaging your cat in some daily mental stimulation. However, I will not do anything that I believe will put myself or your pet in danger. If your pet becomes aggressive or fearful, you will be made aware of the situation and there will be a full stop on my end with whatever was causing your fur baby stress or anxiety.

Please let me know about the behavioral requirements and habits of your pets, as well as any medical conditions or concerns. I also need to know if there is any previous aggression noted so I can keep myself and your pet safe. I do require that your pet be current on its rabies vaccination.

I love being able to keep your pets content and happy, whether that’s just by snuggling or taking them on adventures outdoors. I love how each pet’s personality is different, and I would like to be able to assist your pet in their needs!

Availability
While I am a full-time college student, rest assured that you will be well aware what my hours are and what I would and would not be able to achieve while I am watching your fur babies. I would not take on a role that I would not be able to fulfill just for the money, because I care about your pet’s health and happiness! If I am not the right fit for you and your family, you will know. While in my care, your instructions on play-time, walking, nutrition, and medication needs will be met!
