Pet care experience
Since I can remember I have cared for pets: my own, extended family, and friends' pets. When I was 14 years old I started dog and cat sitting by referral in the Hobe Sound area. I am very patient and communicative with dogs. I am a college student studying biology at Boston College and am home this summer. I have an extremely flexible schedule during the week. I plan to walk dogs daily in South Martin County's parks such as Peck Lake Park, Zeus Park, Seabranch Preserve State Park, and Hobe Sound Nature Preserve. For home drop-In visits I am happy to bring in mail and newspapers, water plants, and clean litter boxes if there are cats. On every home visit, I will provide you with a photo or video of your pet(s). I have extended experience caring for older dogs and large dogs. I have known Mackenzie all his life. He's my best friend's son. This is what I can tell you about Mackenzie without any hesitation. Mack is and has always been a very loving, honest, polite, hardworking person. He's always done well in not only school, but anything he has put his mind to. I don't think you will find a more compassionate person, either. He had the responsibility this past year to care for a very aging dog for a week while the human parents were away. The dog was blind and deaf. I happened to be at their home while he was caring for the dog. Mackenzie made sure the dog was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. It was not an easy task to care for such an old dog, but Mack did a great job. I can assure you, if you decide to leave your dog in Mackenzie's care, you will be very pleased.
