Mackenzie was great! She was extremely patient with our dog and stayed with him for a week in our apartment. When an issue did arise she got in touch right away and helped us to fix it. I would highly recommend her and use her again in the future!

I can't say enough about how well Jedi & Coach were taken care of while in Mackenzie's care. They were happy and satisfied without any hint of fear or confusion. When I picked them up, they were outside playing and were not in any hurry to go home. Mackenzie (and her family) were very accommodating especially when we were running late to pick them up. The last time we went away, we left the dogs at a highly recommended (and expensive) kennel. When we picked them up a few days later, their tails were down and they couldn't wait to get in the car. Jedi had come home with what appeared to be 2 bite marks on his back/neck area. No mention had been made of this to us at pickup. The experience with Mackenzie was completely different! The dogs were happy and she sent pictures and text updates throughout the weekend so we could see how well they were doing with her. Thanks Mackenzie! You are a sure bet for the next time we're away.
