Hello! My name is Mackenzie and I am looking forward to getting to know your pet by offering my pet sitting services. I live in the Mt.Washington area with my partner and our two dogs, Colbe, an 11 year old border collie mix, and Cora, a 6 year old shepherd/Pyrenees mix. I work remotely, so I am flexible in that I can let the dogs out during the day and am home with the pets most of the day. I have owned and cared for both cats and dogs all my life and have such a love for them I thought I might as well take it one step further by pet sitting!

Mackenzie was great! I was able to get daily updates and after coming back from being out of town, I could tell that buddy (my dog) felt really comfortable around her!
Mack has two qualities that are essential to being a great pet caregiver; she is both responsible and loving. Mack grew up around animals and understands how much they depend on us. One of her favorite places to be is curled up on the couch with one of the many pets she has loved and cared for. She has been on countless dog walks and has filled many water and food dishes. She has a lot of experience with both dogs and cats. She is always happy to help friends with their pets, and becoming a dog sitter with Rover is a great way for her to share her passion for animals. I recommend Mack as a trustworthy caregiver for you pet!
Mack has been great with my dog Colbe. He's been under her care many times now and he always come back happy. Shes always takes him to the dog park or out throughout the city and sends pictures of their adventures. Wouldn't bring Colbe anywhere else.

My partner Danny and I are fairly flexible and can care for your dog based on your needs. Because Colby was a rescue when we got him, we were fairly lax with him getting on furniture and Cora followed suit, but we can enforce whatever rules your dog is accustomed to! We have a big fenced in back yard with a mid size fence that we let our dogs have free rein in.

A typical day
Typically we start our morning with being out in the backyard and eating breakfast. The dogs go out a few times mid day and then typically I wrap work at 5, let the pups out again, and eat dinner by 6.

I work remotely so I am home most of the day with the dogs. I am occasionally out of town on weekends but will be marked as unavailable if so.
