I grew up in Utah and just moved here to Ewa Beach 6 months ago. I grew up on what we liked to call our 'funny farm' we raised goats, chickens, ponies, horses, turkeys, rabbits, dogs ect. I bred my female goats every year and we always had baby goats running around, I started bottle feeding ones that needed special attention from the time I was 8. I would wake up during the night to feed them and every 4 hours during the day. This was a big commitment that taught me responsibilities. I started riding horses around the same time i started breeding goats. I was introduced to rodeo queening at the age of 13 and loved doing it every summer. I did the queen contest every summer, this was similar to a beauty pageant but on horse back. Once I won a place in the royalty I got to ride in parades and be in the opening events of many rodeos. I moved here to Hawaii with my family in the summer and then got accepted at Windward UH for the spring semester to study veterinary technology. I have had many dogs my whole life and love to have them by my side helping me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring any of my funny farm here to Hawaii with me, but most sadly any of my dogs. Most of them are with neighbors or family and will hopefully make it our here one day. But until then I would love to help neighbors and friends walk or care for their pets!
