I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life (until I moved to college). I also got opportunities to pet sit for different families (some with up to 5-6 animals)! I’ve always just had a love for animals and even enjoy befriending the difficult ones. Many times, I feel like I benefit more from spending time with them than they do with me.

I would follow the direction of the owners in knowing where and how to keep their pets during the times I’m not there. I would have to check with my landlord if they needed to be brought to my place. I have a pretty spacious duplex with and empty room and backyard area but no fence.

Please let me know if your dog or cat has specific needs or little quirks that set them apart or need extra attention! I don’t have any preference as to breed or size or anything like that. I just like to know their temperaments and what works/what doesn’t!
A typical day
I love both playing and cuddling with animals (whichever one they prefer at the time). I’ve got ideas of fun, mentally stimulating games to play with dogs especially (social media can be a great source). I love being outside, so going to a park or on a walk would be just as fun!

I’m currently working as a support staff in a school, and being on a school schedule gives me some flexibility in the afternoon/evenings, as well as the mornings.
