Pet care experience
I have been working in animal care for around 1.5-2 years now caring for dogs, cats, and cows alike. I work at a Veterinary Hospital caring for animals part-time and have been a dog/cat sitter for friends and family. I am currently an animal science student in college hoping to study veterinary medicine in the next few years. Currently live in an apartment with a 10 month old Westie named Trout!

Machara is wonderful! I’m a traveling nurse new to Vermont and was overjoyed to find her. She is responsive and reliable and takes great care of my pit bull, Tyson. During her drop in visits meets all his walking, playing, pottying, and cuddling needs. She also sends lots of great pictures :) she is definitely an animal lover!
Machara is super responsible, kind, and will care for your pet like it’s her own. She has been taking care of animals since she was a child and has a deep love for each and every one she interacts with. Machara helps to take care of our roommates puppy and has lots of valuable experience working with different animals as a vet tech. She’s amazing!
Machara is the kindest and hardest working person I know! She will take amazing care of your animals as she does with the UVM CREAM cows and her job as a vet tech!

A typical day
I am incredibly active and can take your dog anywhere around town to help burn off some steam! My roommate has a little active dog that has helped me navigate many of the local dog parks and best routes for walking!
