Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, guinea pigs, and many other types of animals since I was 11. Neighbors, friends, family, and coworkers have all trusted me with their homes and their pets. Since starting Rover I have dealt with all sorts of situations such as administering medicine, overnight stays, cleaning up messes, multiple extremely active animals, and animals who would prefer to sit and relax!

We are so grateful for Lyza and the awesome care she gave our pups! She did an amazing job — from timely communication, to the initial meet and greet, and sending updates while we were away for the weekend. Lyza was very patient with our three doodles, that can easily be a handful and they quickly grew attached to her! She handled a messy situation with ease, stuck to our schedule, and listened to any requests my husband and I had. I highly recommend Lyza if you are looking for pet care! She is very dependable and great to work with. We are thankful to have found her via Rover and are looking forward to scheduling her for our dogs in the future!

Lyza has cared for our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and guinea pig with so much love! While our fur babies are energetic, very quirky, and not for everyone, she gave them attention, exercise, and we never worried for even a moment if they were in good hands. She is a pleasure to work with and helps set any pet owners mind at ease!

A typical day
I love to go for walks with your dog or cat (I’ve done both). I like to keep the animals I watch very active and entertained for the time I have them. I love snuggling or just spending time with the less physical animals as well!
