Lyudmila and I scheduled a meet and greet during which she made a concerted effort to get to know Licky. She quizzed me on his habits, diet and activity. Mid way through when he began reverse sneezing she knelt on the floor, speaking softly and reassuringly and caressing Licky as he paced about. The entire 30 minute visit was spent in this manner. When we returned to drop him off, her pup Ginger was outside and she took the time to review my instructions for feeding and even prepare him a meal. I felt certain, judging by the tidiness of her house and the healthy condition of her own dog that Licky was in good hands.

Our dog Toby stayed with Lyudmila for a week. I was little worried if toby will miss us and may be sad. But he stayed very happy and really he also had good vacation.
