I have always loved animals, I've had many different kinds of pets over the years from mice to hamster, guinea pigs and cats. Caring for animals is my passion. I also volunteered at The Lange Foundation -animal rescue @ Sepulveda & Olympic blvd. here in W. L.A. Currently I'm a full/part time dog walker and I love what I do. I have very loyal dog owners/pet parents who really appreciate my service & have continued to work with me over the last 5 years. I love to cuddle w/ dogs and give them lots of love and affection. When I am with a dog, I take care of it as if it is my own pet, that's personalization for you. I can also bring in your mail if any packages come to your door free of charge ;-). We've been trusting Lyrissa to care for our Puggle, Chloe, for over four years now. Chloe is 9 and entering her "senior gets" according to the Vet (even though she acts like a puppy still). So it is vital that we have someone consistent and reliable for Chloe. Rain or shine, Lyrissa will be there to attend to your 4-legged loved one. Her walking & sitting rates are very attractive. Chloe is always so excited to see Lyrissa too. It's true love and friendship between the two of them. Lyrissa comes highly recommended!
Lyrissa is a very honest and reliable person. She is not only someone you can count on, but most importantly, she treats all animals with genuine care and affection. She has been trusted by all of her clients within the last 4 years- doing a mulitude of services for each of them. She does weekly walks and pet sitting for the same pet owners and dogs. I know her clientele will continue to grow because of her trusted reputation and love for all four legged furry things!

A typical day
I usually try to stay around the dog's location so they are familiar with the territory. I have a bike and for slightly bigger dogs like a shepherd, I ride my bike & hold their leash while they run/quickly walk beside me so they get a bit more exercise. :-)
