Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals since I was about 8 years old. From lizards, snakes, rodents, dogs and birds. Animals are a true passion for me, and I’ve also had some experience as an intern at the VCA animal hospital for 9 months, and just recently left Lafayette working at a doggie daycare for a year and 4 months. I miss seeing everyone’s dogs everyday, and I would love to meet yours!

I have a huge fenced in yard with an attached garage with a doggie door! They can come and go as they please, but I take my 2 super friendly dogs out about every hour or whenever they give me that look. I hope your dog likes to play! My 80+ pound mutts are the silliest girls you’ll meet. I like to make homemade treats for my dogs as well, and they have plenty of toys to spend the day with. If you prefer the dogs to be separated, I can make that happen!

Please make me aware of any specific requirements for your dog, I’ve worked ER at the animal hospital, so I’ve seen a few things! I can always accommodate to any special requests. I have no breed restrictions, but I do prefer dog friendly dogs as I do have 2 of my own.
A typical day
I have a huge fenced in yard filled with toys, I make yummy treats, and we’ll go on walks frequently! If you provide size appropriate kennels and would prefer alone time, I can do lick mats for mental enrichment as well. (If you’re okay with it, we usually get one every day.)
