When it comes to Lyra, you never have to worry nor wonder about your dog in her care. I have personally witnessed her train and transform many anxious or otherwise troubled dogs into calm, obedient and confident pups. She once dogsat for friends whose dog refused to take treats from their hand, nor would he come back inside after going out to potty. Lyra had their dog happily doing both within one day. She helped me train my sweet rescue dog, a beautiful pup who suffers from intense PTSD. Her approach is always loving, patient and she only implements positive reinforcement. It is truly spectacular to witness. She truly cares deeply about dogs and works hard to contribute to them living their best life. Coupled with her own education in dog training, Lyra has an innate and very special gift for reading both dog behaviour and body language. In short, Lyra is a veritable dog whisperer!

We had Lyra dog sit in our home recently and we were very pleased with the great care she provided and the attention our dog received. We've never left him to go on vacation for 2.5 weeks before. Knowing that he was in such great hands made it a relaxing vacation for us and our dog. Lyra is quiet and confident. She is very caring and loving to animals. You can tell that our dog got all the attention he was used to because he was absolutely normal when we got home and continues to behave normally. It was like he never even realized we were gone.
