Pet care experience
I have been house/pet sitting for family friends and neighbors since I was a kid. I've always had dogs and cats growing up, and occasionally other pets including rodents, reptiles, and fish. Punctuality is important to me, and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I love all animals equally and will strive make to make your pets as comfortable as possible when their owner is away. I will meet their needs, whether they need a walk, play time, or relaxing. I understand that when pet owners are gone, animals can be stressed, and I will do everything I can to help them be more relaxed. I can also provide references upon request of people who I have house or pet sat for.

Lynzi was outstanding. She cared for my two Doxies and sent pictures every few days. Lynzi watered a number plants indoors and out. The temperature got over 100 degrees at times and my flowers looked great. She also kept my home clean and tidy. I will definitely hire her again.

Some things that would be helpful to know ahead of time are if your dog has any specific triggers or allergies that I should look out for, or how they are around other dogs during walks.
A typical day
When going on walks, I think its so important to let your dog explore all the scents around them for mental exercise as well as the physical exercise. If your dog is food-motivated, sometimes I also like playing food-games with them, such as hiding treats or kibble and watching them sniff and search for it.

Availability
I currently work 7:30-3:30 on weekdays (in Grants Pass), with weekends off. Outside of work, I tend to be a bit of a homebody, and when I have pet sitting gigs, I typically spend most of my free time at the clients home with their pets.
