Pet care experience
Hello there! I am an energetic, genuine person with a heart full of love for animals. From a young age, I have always believed that pets are part of the family. When I was young, we had many pets including hamsters, fish, a Guinea pig, cats, and dogs. Now an adult, my love for animals hasn’t changed, especially for dogs. We currently have two dogs, a 5 year old golden doodle named Harper, and an 11 year old malamute named Apollo. A lot of my knowledge has stemmed from my personal experience with dogs, as well as advice from a range of dog trainers and online pet forums. I have experience with dogs at all stages of life, from puppy to senior.

Lynsey watched both of my dogs last summer twice a week and it took such a load off us! She kept them active during the day with just the right amount of down time. I highly recommend anyone considering her as a walker/sitter for their pets!
Lynsey is a very caring and loving individual. She loves animals and is amazing with her own dog, looking after her as if she were her child. She is patient, attentive, responsible and very trustworthy…all of the qualities you would want when looking for someone to care for your pet She has cared for my fur babies and I definitely would highly recommend her

My calm demeanour and patience has allowed me to have great success building relationships with all dogs. My number one goal is to make you and your pet happy and comfortable! I am available to make visits to your home and play with your pet inside and/or out, take your pet for walks, etc... essentially whatever you and your pet need. I also host dogs in my home. I have a large fenced in backyard with two friendly dogs to keep your dog(s) company. Your dog will also be treated as one of my own indoors, having full range of the house and ample snuggles on the couch. Living in town, I also have the ability to safely walk dogs within my neighbourhood or on a nearby trail.

I would like to know the following: Is your dog friendly with other dogs and people? What is their temperament? Do they have any allergies or take any medication? What is their eating schedule? What are their sleeping arrangements/ toy and treat preferences?
A typical day
When visiting your home, depending on your preference, I will either take your dog on a route you suggest, or I will strategically plan the walk prior to arriving to make the most of my time with your dog. I am always open to sidewalks, trails, parks, etc. regardless of the weather! When your dog visits my home, we will spend majority of the day outside in my fenced backyard. We will play fetch, go in the dog pool, and lounge in the shade with my two friendly dogs.

Availability
As a dog owner, I completely understand that maintaining a regular schedule for your pets can be challenging at times, especially when planning trips or events, and that’s why I’m so willing and excited to offer my help! I have availability year-round, however, due to the other job that I have, I am off in the summer months and therefore have full-time availability during July and August!
