Pet care experience
I've taken care of animals throughout my life. I have always been the go to pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors, and I rarely meet a dog I don't make friends with. From family dogs to having my own as an adult, to leasing horses, owning snakes, and taking care of the birds, reptiles, and rodents at my first job at Petsmart in high school, I've taken care of at least one animal at a time since I was young. I love animals of all kinds and they love me too :) I'm happy to watch your dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. I recognize that each pet is an individual with their own unique needs. Don't hesitate to ask for any special request or level of activity they may require/enjoy while you're away. I also understand how crucial consistency is in any training routine, so please let me know if there's anything I can do to help along those lines when I spend time with them.

Lynsey is my dog Farley’s favorite sitter! He gets so excited when she comes over, I almost get jealous 😢 she’s very responsive and communicative and sends me pics of him being extra cute that let me bear being away from him 💜 she also loves taking him to the dog park which really saves me when I get home from work!!!
My 2 dogs LOVE Lynsey and are so excited when she comes over. She is loving, kind, playful, all the while watching out for their safety. I trust her completely with their care and highly recommend her!

As I mentioned above, I understand that each pet is unique with respect to their needs, training regime, activity levels, and more. I customize my level of care according to each animal's needs. At home, I typically take my dog out for a long walk in the morning and then to an off-leash area to run around and play in the evenings. I also take breaks throughout my day to have some level of play or interaction with her- throwing a ball, playing with toys, or sitting outside and letting her sniff around the yard.

Please let me know how your dog is with other dogs, people, and any other animals, and anything that I might need to be aware of taking them on walks or to a park. Do they react strongly when they see a squirrel, rabbits, or birds for example? Are they aggressive towards other dogs or people for any reason? What is their mealtime routine? And do they have any other special needs like a training routine, medication/special diet they're on, or any sort of limits on their activity due to injury/age? The more information you can provide, the more robust level of care I can give them.
A typical day
As a mom to my 2.5 year old goldendoodle pup, I understand the importance of dogs (especially large breeds) getting enough exercise and mental stimulation throughout their day. I'm very active myself and can take your pup on sniff walks, to the beach, or to the dog park to run around. My dog, Delilah, also LOVES all dogs (not an aggressive bone in her body), and I'm happy to bring her along for a playdate or take them to a park together if desired. Whatever type of care your pet needs to feel content and loved, I'm happy to provide.

Availability
My full time, M-F job is remote so my schedule is relatively flexible from 10a-8p. I can come over at certain intervals throughout the day and check on your animals, or I can bring my laptop over to your place and care for them, do a little work, and keep them company while you're away. Weekends I'm totally open and can even be flexible during the week if need be, just let me know what schedule of care you need for your babies.
