I give Lynsee one star because zero was not an option. I would never use her again and all I'm thinking right now is, "Poor dog! Thank goodness he's still alive." Here are the reasons NOT to board your dog with Lynsee: 1. The first thing I noticed was that her apartment smells like weed. Not a great start. 2. After we carried the stuff upstairs and into her apartment, I followed her into her room and we talked dog care. While we were talking, I noticed that the dogs had wandered off down the short hallway and hadn't come back. I walked out of her room and realized that she'd left the door open and both dogs (one mine, one another boarder) had escaped. I ran downstairs to save my dog and she went after the other one. But this was all in the first few minutes! Really bad first impression! The only reason I didn't take him with me right then was that I was late to leave for my trip, had already paid and no time to find alternative options. 3. When I picked him up, they seemed in a hurry to get rid of me, like they were hiding something. And when I got into the car, I realized that while my dog had clearly recently had a bath, his kennel and bed were SOAKED in urine. Worse, I knew that the urine had been sitting a while because it reeked of ammonia. And I only left him there for a week. 4. I left very clear written instructions on the care for my dog, but it doesn't seem that ANY of my instructions were followed. I even went over everything with Lynsee before I left, verbally. 5. It is unlikely that she walked him as frequently as she said she would, given the amount of urine found in his kennel and bed. 6. I give my dog an expensive digestive enzymes. I verbally explained and wrote down that she was to give him 1/4 tsp per day in the morning with half a can of wet food. The container, which I've been using for months and which was still mostly full when I gave it to her is now practically empty. 7. I told her to let him free feed all day. And while I have no idea how much he'd eaten the rest of the week, by 7 PM when I picked him up, he'd only been served breakfast, not lunch or dinner or anything else. 8. She was also instructed to give him his bully sticks as frequently as he I finished one. And as far as I can tell, she gave him none of them. I would never leave my dog here again.

Fast response. Good communication. Sent pictures of our dog throughout stay. No problems with pick up or drop off. I'm happy with Ebis stay! I highly recommend. Thank you Lynsee.
