Pet care experience
I have been a high school teacher for 24 years. I dog-sit for my friends and sister all the time, and even for my friend's cat sometimes too! I also used to dog-sit for my parents' dog for 2-3 months while they were away over the winters, but unfortunately Mollie passed away a few years ago. She was 17 and we spoiled her! I grew up with dogs (poodles) and I love animals so I thought this would be a fun way to earn extra money! I really enjoy dog sitting, and have been doing this for about 7 years now and I look forward to meeting your doggie!

I usually take the dogs for about 3-4 walks a day, usually at least one longer walk! I also can relax and sit on the couch with the dog too, and give lots of belly rubs, of course!

I would like to know if there are any medications or special needs for the dog beforehand! Also their typical schedule because I like to stick to the dog’s typical schedule so they feel comfortable in my home!
A typical day
There are a lot of sidewalks and some trails near my house that I can walk your dog! I enjoy going for long walks, and having a 4-legged friend to do it with is motivational! Lol!

Availability
I work full time and am away from my home from 7:15-3:30 during the week. Weekends I am either home or in and out throughout the day, but have plenty of time in the evenings or on the weekends to go for long walks with the dog or even a hike if they are up for it!
