Grad Student/Animal Therapy
Pet care experience
I am a responsible 25 year old Graduate Student working towards a Social Work Degree. During my studies I plan to become certified in Animal Assisted Therapy to add another element to the services I can offer my future clients. My first dog as a child was Leonberger (a very large breed) who I loved dearly. Since then my family has had a couple wonderful Golden Retrievers. I have experience caring for roommates dogs, including Labardors, Puggles and Huskies. I used to work for a dog breeder, helping her take care of her adult dogs and puppies. I have always been a dog lover. My grandmothers favorite story to tell, is that on the day that my little brother was born, the only thing that concerned me was that I was going to get to see my grandmas black lab Tupper. My new baby brother was a disappointment in comparison.
Reviews
Lynne was great with my 2 dogs. She came to visit my girls a few weeks prior to us being gone overnight and the dogs loved her. Lynne sent me pictures of them every once in awhile. She left a note letting me know how everything went. I will definitely use Lynne again !! I was able to enjoy our night away knowing my girls were in good hands.
Any dog owner that is fortunate enough to have Lynne care for his/her dog will be the luckiest dog owner ever........and the dogs will be even luckier! Lynne is an animal lover through and through. She has grown up loving dogs and plans to have a dog of her own as soon as she finishes grad school. In the meantime, she needs to get her doggy fix through other people's dogs. Lynne is extremely responsible, detail oriented, and dependable. She will take excellent care of any dog in her charge and will have fun playing with them too. Your dogs will love her, and so will you!
