Pet care experience
Your pup will be my top priority while he/she is with me and it’s pretty much a guarantee that I’ll fall in love with him/her. I am organized, extremely caring and maternal. I miss having a dog in our home (ours passed away 6 months ago at the age of 15) and will shower yours with attention and affection.

Lynne is AMAZING! We left our 5 month old puppy for her very first boarding experience and couldn't be more more pleased with Lynne's great care for our pup. We live in a townhome with a fenced yard, which has a little grassy/dirt area if necessary, but I’m a big believer in walks so I would provide your pup with several short walks each day and atleast one longer walk (assuming they want that!). I will have a designated place for their food and water and would also provide a water bowl on the upstairs level where we sleep. I follow your protocol with your dog as to whether they sleep in a crate or bed, what time they eat, etc etc

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs/behaviors that I should know about. Ideally dogs that are hypo-allergenic and who don't shed a lot are the best fit for us, primarily because both my husband and I are allergic to longer haired dogs and dogs that shed a lot.
A typical day
Most importantly, your dog will feel loved and nurtured in our home. Every dog has a different personality and different needs and likes and dislikes, which I tend to quickly pick up on and let them kind of lead the way in that regard . . .if they know some tricks and love to play we'll do lots of that, they'll explore our home and yard and neighborhood with several walks throughout the day.

I am usually home at least 4-5 hours of a typical 8 hour "work day" -- some days more than others. I'm a small business owner and my office is in my home, so this will be consistent (I won't be "returning to the office" as people are doing these days after COVID) meaning that I am mostly home to walk, feed and play with your dog on a relatively consistent schedule.
