Pet care experience
I absolutely love dogs and I enjoy caring for them! Most of my experience with dog care is in my home, but I do have experience working in a kennel. I have always had a great love for dogs and all animals really. I am delighted by their fun antics and personalities. At points in my life, my family consisted of dogs and cats, horses, cockatiels, rats, hamsters and a rooster, so I am comfortable caring for all kinds of animals. You can trust that I will be diligent, careful and loving with your pet. She will take center stage and receive loving attention. Our home activities usually include our pups. I am a freelancer so the majority of my weekdays are spent working from home. Time away is pretty minimal. We generally take a couple of walks daily. We also head to parks quite often, so if your dog loves car rides, we can go. Our dogs are Loki (Westie) and Odin (MaltiPoo), and they are friendly with other dogs. Loki loves to play with dogs of all ages and sizes. We love to have elder dogs stay with us, and be assured that both of my dogs respect senior dogs. Our little guy, Odin is pretty quiet overall. I am open to hosting dogs of all sizes, but bigger dogs should be docile and friendly, after all, Odin is just a little squirt. I really enjoy documenting a dog's stay here and am very happy to keep you updated daily with pictures via text or email. Happy dogs, Lynn

Lynn was so attentive to our dog's needs that they didn't want to come home! We were confident our dogs were in good hands. Our dogs received lots of walks, hugs and kisses. Lynn will treat your dogs as her own and integrate them into her family. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to others. Lynn is particular about the safety and health of our dogs. She thoroughly reviews our dog's habits and dispositions and our contact information. She provides updates while we are gone.

I feel the Meet and Greet is a critical part to successful boarding, so I put a lot of emphasis on making that happen and becoming acquainted before a stay is scheduled.
A typical day
Our oversized couch is the central area for all dogs. Most like watching out the front window and announcing anyone who walks by, which is fine by us. It is short-lived and creates good excitement. We have a bin of toys at doggy eye-level. Walks are once around the block of houses, which takes about 12 minutes. On nice days, that's twice a day. There is also plenty of time in the yard. My day is spent letting dogs in and out as they wish. It's pretty much constant!
