I met Lynn at the Animal Medical Center when both our dogs were being treated for cancer. It was my first visit and I was a wreck; crying my eyes out in the waiting room when a woman approached me with a box of tissues and a cup of tea. She told me this was her 5th visit and explained how things worked, what I could expect and told me everything would be okay. She was more than kind and compassionate - that day she was a true angle. Sounds corny, I know. but it is true nevertheless. Our dogs were on different schedules so I didn't see her on my next visit, but when I arrived , the receptionist said she was there the day before and left a present - one for me and one for my dog. She also left her number and said to call if I needed anything. A few weeks passed and I had to go out of town for one night as my grandma fell ill and I was the only family on the East Coast. I called Lynn at the 11th hour. She watched my dog, gave him his medicine, sent me pictures and I not only felt completely confident that my dog was being well taken care of - he was being loved.

I had a great experience with Lynn and would highly recommend her. A last minute business trip came up and I was leaving the next evening. Lynn was so understanding, and asked me to come over to meet her in person. She took unbelievable notes - from Sam's favorite snacks, medical history, Vet's info, emergency numbers, etc. She sent me photos every day and texted me updates just to let me know Sam was okay. When my flight home was delayed, I called to say I would pick him up first thing in the morning as I know it was late. She was cheerful as could be and said she understood I wanted to see him right away and she would just stay up until I arrived. Sam was safe and happy, and so was his mommy!!
