My first dog was 25 years ago. I didn't have a clue how to train him. The only thing I knew was how he filled me with the drive and desire to love and guide him. Seven dogs later ( not all at once!) , I've done it all! From acupuncture on our lab when she had cancer,to the hiemlech on our boxer when he was choking,mouth to muzzle for a severe allergic reaction, ripped dew claws, sabatious cyst care, eye drops, ointment.. But none of the care was a bother,cause it was something a fur baby needed. I now apprentice with a professional dog trainer,as well as work with my GSD in scent training. Vast knowledge....
