Hello, I’m Lyndsey! I have worked with animals for many years and grew up caring for a plethora of animals--chickens, goats, horses, cats, birds, and at least always two dogs. Growing up surrounded by an assortment of animals and volunteering with animal centric organizations, I have always connected with them. I am comfortable administering medications and handling medical concerns. I boast a strong track record of reliability and can provide a safe environment for your furry best friend. I've nurtured dogs spanning all ages, sizes, demands and activity levels, which means your furry companion will be well within my capabilities. Lyndsey is the best dog sitter I’ve ever found!! She took such attentive care of Hugo while I was traveling, even showered him twice in the course of 1 week and took him on many long walks throughout the neighborhood. I recieved constant updates on Hugo’s wellbeing and happiness levels and amazing photos. All of the dogs she has under her care are playful and non-reactive, I feel 100% confident with leaving my pup with her in the future. I think the best testament to how loving Lyndsey is with the dogs she has under her care is that when I came to pick Hugo up he ran back and forth between me and Lyndsey and wanted additional pets from her as well. Always a great sign to see that your dog feels affectionate towards their sitter at the end of their stay. Thank you so so much Lyndsey!

I live in a spacious home, complete with a large fenced in backyard and a social pup of my own. I ensure you that your furry loved one will receive exceptional care whether it be for day care or overnight boarding. On nice days, I am able to keep the backdoor open, allowing seamless indoor/outdoor transitions. We have tug toys, balls, frisbees, and two doggy pools for those hot summer days. Your dog will be provided with continuous supervision, and I will accommodate if your dog needs to be crated or separated from others when leaving the house. Please bring along your pet's crate if it is needed during their stay. Dogs are welcome on the couch and we have plenty of dog beds for use during their stay. I will typically shy away from dogs parks when caring for your pet, as I don't have control over the other dogs and want to make sure I am providing the safest environment while you are away.

I would love to know all the details pertaining to your pet. A few would be: Does your dog need any special accommodations? Is your dog crate trained? If so, do they still use the crate? Does your pet have separation anxiety? What are your pet’s favorite activities? How active is your pet? Are they pet friendly? Does your pet resource guard? Do they have any fun quirks about them? Is there anything that may trigger aggressive behavior or fear?
A typical day
A typical day begins with a backyard potty break, early morning walk, and breakfast after. Your dog will have the freedom to roam, play, and sleep as needed throughout the day. If it's too hot outside, we will do an afternoon walk and/or play fetch in the backyard. In the evening, another long walk is provided with dinner and bedtime routine following. Your pup will get plenty of bathroom breaks and attention while staying with us.

I work fully remote and have a great deal of flexibility where I am able to provide 24/7 care. I always say a well exercised dog is a good, tired dog so with my dog, we will take at least a two 3 mile walks (this will be adjusted depending on your dog needs and weather), play with some doggy puzzles, romp around in the backyard, and provide all the cuddles and attention needed. Weekend hikes are also a possibility if your pup is up for it!
