Pet care experience
Worked as a Veterinarian Assistant at Animal Hospital of Lawrence until very recently. Pets I’ve owned, we’re all rescues: Lab mix(120lbs), Great Dane/Lab mix(160lb), mutt mix(45lb), snake, cats, fish, and currently two chinchillas. I have taken care of diabetic cats and dogs, this includes giving them shots and now caring for animals as my profession as well. I have always enjoyed taking care of friends’ pets while they are out of town, so I thought I would make it official. I am here for the animals! Just moved back to Topeka after being away for 14years. I enjoy going on long walks, and even to the off lead dog park(with dogs that know me well). I love both dogs and cats equally. I enjoy all animals, and love to cuddle with them at night. Extended trips and overnights are welcome. If you have any questions at all feel free to ask! Currently accepting long term walking clients. I currently work part time, and would love to fill some free time with some dog walks!

This is the second time Lyndsey watched my Gunner. I was able to go on a much needed vacay worry free knowing Gunner was getting all the lovings and well taken care of. I definitely recommend trusting in Lyndsey to watch your fur baby!
Lyndsey was absolutely phenomenal with Gunner! First of all, she watched Gunner even when she wasn’t feeling well. Gunner automatically took to her when they first met with no growling or hiding away like he typically does when meeting new people. She kept me updated with how Gunner was doing and took him on multiple walks daily. I would definitely recommend Lyndsey! She will be my first go-to for when I need someone to watch my fur baby!
Lyndsey was great with Lucas and Maynard and they are looking forward to having her drop in again!
Lyndsey was amazing! She's so well versed in pet care from her experience with Rover and working for a vet's office. Ghost loves seeing her!

We have a fenced in back yard, and would possibly be open to doing over night stays here. I have been doing Rover for close to 6 years. I am mostly looking to come to your place and take your dogs for walks, or care for any inside pets like cats, or caged pets.

I love doing meet and greets with every new client! It’s important to come meet with the client and pet before hand, especially if the owner is to be going on a trip. Important information about medical care and special feeding instructions are very important.
A typical day
We’ll go on daily walks and get play time each day! I love to start the morning off with a walk and some play time, along with breakfast of course. As I just moved back to Topeka, I’d be looking for great walking trails or to stick with the walking paths the owners like to use around their neighborhood.

I currently work part time, and am working towards a career job in the next year or two. I would love to have a weekly dog walking gig again. I’ve been successful with Rover in Lawrence and Kansas City. Looking to Topeka clients.
