My philosophy is that dogs are people, too! Each dog has his or her own unique personality and I love giving them just the kind and amount of attention they want and need. I have lived with my own canine boys--Charlie, the English Springer Spaniel and River, the big Golden Retriever-- for twelve years. Dogs love me because I am friendly and respectful. I can give meds if needed, and will brush them if requested. I have also been a volunteer dog walker at a city adoption agency and frequently help my friends with their doggie drop-in needs.
