Pet care experience
I have extensive experience with all types of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, and more. I currently care for special needs animals, and my dear senior dog Zoey. After volunteering and working at various shelters for years and interacting with all types of animals, I'm ready for any obstacle that comes my way. I currently have and take care of 9 animals at home, including 3 dogs, 4 cats, 1 rabbit, and 1 snake. I'm an artist and photographer (which most of my pets are my subjects). They are my main motivation in life, and I hope to get to know you and your pet(s) soon!

Lydia is amazing. Of all the sitters I've had my dog loves her the most. She is extremely attentive to his needs, caring and patient.
Lydia was fantastic! She stayed at our house and managed our 5 babies. She even caught an issue with our youngest pup and took her to the vet. If you are looking for someone that will truly care for your animals as their own, Lydia is your person!
Lydia was great! She took extra special care of our puppy for a week while we were away! She went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and enjoying her time. She took her for walks and helped with cleaning up! I highly recommend Lydia! She sent us a lot of updates and pictures/videos. She really made it a no stress vacation.
My dog did very well with her and she my dog. He is a very anxious dog and she did amazing with him. Gave him treats and kept him at ease her whole visit. Thank you again.

My services can range from brief visits to fun filled hours of play and enrichment, depending on what the client requires. Feeding will be timely depending on the client's schedule, as well as play-time and potty breaks. I'm very flexible in terms of what you and your fur baby need to be comfortable and happy with my services. :)

A typical day
I love to stimulate your pets both physically and mentally. We will go for exciting walks, with constant encouragement and enrichment to keep them engaged and involved. I live next to a lengthy, dog friendly walking path, where I can bring your pets if requested. Otherwise, we will find somewhere local to your location to walk.

Availability
I currently am self-employed through Rover and other animal care services, and go to school for animal related studies. While my schedule may be busy at times, I always have the time to make sure your fur baby is happy, healthy, and safe. Depending on my weekly routine, extra services such as walking and play-time will be included.
